I know that it is very convenient and easy to use the electronic document management these days that there are so many gadgets and machines that human had created to help us human on doing our tasks. The internet and computer technology had help us made communication easier and better. Business and lifestyle can now depend on the internet and computer. But there are times that still managing the records gives me worry. What I worry was the security of the files and how am I going to manage it in case a problem occur. But as I proceed on searching and reading information about the electronic document management I have read that security was one of the features that their clients prefer having their service and document on an electronic way. And because I have find the advantages of the e-document I now use this as for my files and organization of my files. I can save time, space and even the effort on making the documents.
